Gabriel Naranjo is a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source where his mission is “to help people assess their career possibilities and dreams – specializing in their exploration of business ownership and franchise opportunities”.
A strategic and tactical thinking leader, with an accounting and management background, Gabriel is well acquainted with the strategies required for small business start-ups and franchise operations. Working with entrepreneurs from all walks of life from “cradle to grave” of their business was Gabriel’s first connection with small business owners. More recently, he was a business owner himself, starting and growing an insurance agency from 0 to over 1,000 Policies in force.
During more than 25 years as a business professional, Gabriel has developed an unrelenting focus on client service, small business strategy, leadership and organizational management. He is an excellent communicator and has always been committed to under-promising and over-delivering to all his clients.
Gabriel and his wife Audrey do not have any children of their own but have hosted 11 high school exchange students from all over the world. He enjoys cooking, gardening, playing golf, hunting, and fishing and F1 Auto racing. He volunteers his time and has been an active Rotarian since 2004, having served as Club President 2x for 2 different clubs and currently serves as the District’s Director for the Youth Exchange Program.
